This December, our team transformed MAD, the electric Madrid-inspired venue in Houston’s River Oaks District, into an unforgettable celebration of our agents.
The Spanish Masquerade 2025 Holiday Party wasn’t just an event. It was a statement: This is what it looks like when a brokerage celebrates its agents with the same intensity they bring to their business.
Red Carpets, Exotic Cars, and High-Octane Energy
The tone was set before anyone walked through the door.
As guests pulled up to valet, they were greeted by sleek cars like something out of a movie premiere.
Inside MAD, the atmosphere was pure energy: KW Signature Spanish cocktails flowing from the bar, a DJ, and masquerade masks that turned seasoned professionals into mysterious characters for the night.
